Services

What makes us unique, and what our customers appreciate and value, is our ability to see the big picture and manage the entire clothing process. Our range of services covers all processes – from uniform design and the right choice of fabrics to the individual fitting and dressing of each employee and uniform storage.

We are accustomed to communicating informally, smoothly, and essentially, to deeply understanding and quickly solving problems, to finding realistic solutions in the case of unexpected crises, to taking responsibility, and to acting in such a way that the customer feels comfortable and secure.

Business attire design

When we started out in the business uniform sector, we created individual clothing designs for each customer. Over time, as our experience and number of clients grew, we delved deeper into the specifics of business attire, accumulated knowledge, and understood the fundamental principles of construction—the factors that determine the comfort and aesthetic appeal of clothing. This is how our clothing catalog was born – it contains proven, best-suited, and most successful design solutions. Currently, the catalog allows you to put together more than 100 different combinations. We are constantly updating it in response to fashion changes, new fabrics, and the growing diversity of our customers.

Choose a model from the catalog and personalize it by selecting colors and accessories: scarves, belts, and shawls. If you want a completely new model, our designers will create it for you, taking into account your company’s values and image.

Let’s meet and talk. We are professionals in our field and have accumulated a wealth of experience over many years, dealing with a wide range of cases, problems, and their solutions. That is why our clients value our consultations even before ordering uniforms. Let’s talk about your needs and expectations so that we can find the most optimal ways, the fastest routes, and avoid problems that may arise in the future.

Uniform production

Many years of cooperation have created a relationship of mutual trust with suppliers of high-quality and technologically advanced fabrics from Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria, and Germany. When sewing office clothing, we think not only about the aesthetics of the garments, but also about comfort and durability. Clothes worn every day must be made of high-quality fabrics that do not fade with frequent washing, do not shrink or stretch, are suitable for different seasons (thicker and thinner, transformable with detachable vests, etc.) and the specifics of the job (windproof, waterproof, etc.).

We manufacture scarves and ties in different ways – we create unique patterns by dyeing or weaving the fabric. Scarves can be single-layer or double-layer, and subtle edge finishing techniques give them a distinctive look and charm.

Measurement and dressing. It is a long process from the moment the designer creates the first prototype to its mass production for all employees. Every detail is important here: the right garment construction, fabric properties, inner layers, buttons, zippers, etc. For example, if a jacket is to be worn not only indoors but also outdoors, it must retain its shape even in the rain, which means more layers, stronger padding, etc.

The next important stage is measuring people. Our usual practice is to visit the client’s location anywhere in Lithuania (sometimes even abroad!) and measure all employees ourselves. Taking into account the specifics of the job, we find the most effective way to measure a person correctly so that the garment fits right away. When we cannot meet in person, we consult remotely with people who measure themselves – we ask relevant questions and show examples.

For some time now, we have been contributing to the development of a remote measurement app. We believe that in the near future, this will help to further simplify and speed up the measurement process.

We carefully tailor each order to each employee individually. We sew sets of any size so that even people with very non-standard proportions feel comfortable and look beautiful.

International experience has shown how important it is to adapt clothing to different figures: what suits Lithuanian women will not suit Italian or Portuguese women with more expressive figures. And vice versa.

Uniform wearing and care guide. After creating the garments, we prepare and provide the client with an illustrated guide on how to wear and care for the uniforms, which clearly presents the image of employees according to their positions. It visually presents uniform wearing options and provides advice on how to properly combine different clothing items and accessories. It also describes uniform care rules and general appearance recommendations – from hairstyle and makeup to posture and emotional expression. You will also find size charts and measurement examples for women and men.

Renewal

When there is staff turnover in a company, it often happens that a person’s uniform can still be worn after they leave their job. The customer can return such clothing to their warehouse, and we will take care of its condition. After reviewing each item of clothing, we select what is suitable for further wear and what needs to be disposed of. We send suitable clothing to the dry cleaner, steam it, check the details, and if necessary, attach something extra, sew it on, or fix it. The garment is then returned to the customer’s warehouse, ready for a new employee.

All our garments are designed to be easily adjusted in both length and width, so they can be adapted to new employees of different body types.

Storage and delivery

Store your uniforms easily and safely in our warehouses until you need them. If necessary, they will be delivered to your door within 48 hours.

Our warehouse consists of a physical warehouse and an e-warehouse. In the e-warehouse, we create a customer profile that lists all the clothes in the physical warehouse, with sizes and heights specified. This way, you will always see the actual balance of your clothes and accessories in the warehouse. And by logging into the e-warehouse system, you can easily order the clothes you need.

The customer’s warehouse stores a reserve of clothes, which is used to dress new customer employees or to update the uniforms of existing employees.

To ensure that the clothing process runs smoothly and without any interruptions, we advise you on how much reserve clothing your company should keep in stock. We monitor the remaining quantities and, in consultation with the customer, restock the warehouse to ensure that there is a sufficient supply of clothing in various sizes and heights.

Ordering. Our clear ordering system makes it easy to order the right size clothing from anywhere in the world. The manufactured clothing will be delivered quickly and safely at a time convenient for you to your desired location.

Delivery. Ordered goods will be shipped from the warehouse within 48 hours. If individual alterations are required, the goods will be shipped within 5 business days.

Sustainability

We love and are grateful to the earth, so we work with our customers to find the most sustainable business solutions possible.

For us, sustainability means, first and foremost, lower consumption. That is why we offer our customers high-quality fabrics made in Europe from sustainable or recycled materials and accessories. High-quality fabric guarantees that the uniform will serve the business much longer – instead of several lower-quality uniforms, one will suffice.

The durability of clothing and accessories is largely determined by how they are cared for, which is why we offer comprehensive uniform management. If a client’s company has a high staff turnover, we take care of uniforms that have been worn for a short time – we return them to the client’s warehouse in good condition so that they can be worn by new employees.

Experience shows that in Lithuania, employee uniforms are usually replaced every two years. When it is time for renewal, we evaluate the worn uniforms together with our clients. Some of them are recycled, while the rest are given a new lease of life and donated to charitable organizations. Depending on the condition of the clothing, some of it can be returned to the client’s warehouse.

We strive to act sustainably in our daily routine. Listening to the recommendations of circular economy experts, we have made decisions to leave as small a footprint as possible:

  • We only work with partners, fabric and accessory suppliers who ensure fair working conditions.
  • We use easily recyclable materials for packaging our clothes and try to reuse all other packaging materials as many times as possible.
  • We offer to pack uniforms in reusable garment bags.
  • We sort all waste responsibly.
  • We share with those who are currently struggling (we contribute financially to the Red Cross, Sidabrinė linija, and Galileo Center, and we help the people of Ukraine with clothing and money).
